All pricing and specifications are subject to change without notice. CrimeTech, Inc. is not responsible for any errors and omissions contained within its catalogs, websites and publications. CrimeTech, Inc. has the option to reject or cancel an order with no penalty if for any reason it becomes impractical or impossible to acquire the ordered product.

International Orders

The international sale of some products may be restricted or require an export license. Please contact us at sales@crimetech.net for specific details or quotes.

Domestic Non-Export Agreement

Domestic customers acknowledge, by placing an order, that they are a United States purchaser and agree not to ship products internationally and/or engage in a subsequent resale leading to the export of any purchased items.

Purchase Orders and Terms

We gladly accept purchase orders and verbal orders from the following U.S. entities: law enforcement agencies (federal, state and local), military offices/units, schools, and government offices (federal, state and local). Terms of Net 30 will be applied to the invoice.

Any entities not within the above classifications can apply for terms by submitting a credit application with references.

A monthly service charge of 1% will be added to balances extending beyond 30 days. Returned checks may be subject to a $25.00 service charge.

CrimeTech, Inc. shall have no liability or obligation under any warranty while the purchaser is delinquent in making any payment due.

Shipping and Handling

Freight will be added to the invoice F.O.B. Jacksonville, Florida USA unless otherwise specified.

Shipping Surcharges

Shipping surcharges may apply on products shipped outside of the continental United States. In addition, some products may have an additional hazardous material charge (aerosols for example).

Returns/Exchanges

Returned unused products may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price for such products, to be paid by the purchaser upon receipt of CrimeTech's invoice, provided that CrimeTech may in its discretion, offset any such restocking fee against any refund payable to the purchaser. Special orders or custom products, and products that have been used, are not returnable, and no refunds will be given. Refunds will be of the actual purchase price paid for the products only, not shipping or other charges.

To initiate a return, simply call Sales at (904) 880-9688 or email sales@crimetech.net and request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) within 10 days from the SHIP date and have ready: account number or company name, invoice number on which the product was shipped, and quantity of return desired. Please also ensure that the item meets the following conditions:

1. Must be in the original condition including: packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, security seals, etc. Items that are not in complete packaging will not be accepted for a return.

2. Items, including their packaging, must be free from any and all retail price tags, sales stickers, or any other attachment altering the original state of the packaging. Items that have any stickering or other on them will not be accepted for a return.

3. Each item in the box must be listed on the RA obtained from customer service. Items not originally listed on the RA will not be accepted for a return.

For your protection, we strongly recommend that you use a traceable carrier for your return shipment, and keep track of your shipment information until the item is received and your credit has been issued. The RA MUST be returned within 30 days or the items will not be accepted for a return. A restocking fee is waived only if the shipment of product is an error on our behalf.

Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept any returns on the following products: defective merchandise under warranty of the manufacturer, special order (non-stocking) items, case pack quantity items, and items shipped to APO/FPO/AE addresses.

Quotes

Unless stated otherwise, quotations are firm for thirty (30) days after the date thereof.

Sales Tax

Any tax imposed by any federal, state or other governmental authority on the sale of CrimeTech, Inc. products, and export and other tariffs, duties and customs, shall be paid by the purchaser, in addition to the purchase price. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, if no sales tax is charged by CrimeTech Inc., and the item is subject to sales tax in the purchaser's state, it is the purchaser's responsibility to, and the purchaser shall, pay such tax or reimburse CrimeTech, Inc. for any such tax paid by CrimeTech, Inc. upon receipt of CrimeTech's invoice therefor.

Title

The purchaser shall be liable for payment in full of the purchase price of all products ordered, as well as for all taxes and other charges payable hereunder, and the risk of loss of the products shall pass to the purchaser, as soon as the products have been delivered by CrimeTech, Inc. to the carrier. However, title to such products shall remain with CrimeTech Inc., and shall not pass to the purchaser, until all amounts payable with respect thereto have been paid in full.

Governing Law

This agreement, and the rights and obligations of the parties hereunder, shall in all respects be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Warranty

Manufacturers' warranties, including warranties, if any, as to compliance with regulatory authorities, are solely those of the manufacturers of each individual product. CrimeTech, Inc. is not liable for negligence that is caused by any product, this includes recalls as well as warranties. We can take a product back per the regulations and boundaries of our return policy, but this is the only remedy that will be provided.
